Service and Support
In addition to its software products, we offer consulting,
support and educational services.
First and foremost, these services are meant to provide
tools and assist users in quickly implementing N(i)²
products in order to gain the various benefits of their
use. In light of ITIL's best practices, some of the early
benefits are: gaining visibility on their IT and network
infrastructures, controlling changes, maintaining standardization,
improving customer service...
Services are also designed to adapt the implementation
of the products to the customers' context of operation
and to sustain users' learning experience.
Such services may include:
- Initial load of information, to build CMDB, catalogs
and templates
- Import of various data: maps, floor plans, contracts,
...
- Process definition to conform to ITIL's best practices
- Installation of the modules
- Configuration of the modules
- General and customized training
Services are offered separately from N(i)² licensing.
They may be provided by N(i)² Professional Services or,
by N(i)² partners and authorized resellers with dedicated
and knowledgeable personnel in your area.
In addition we provide technical support.
