Asset Management Solution

The N(i)² policy is simple. All IT resources should be managed as core assets. With this in mind, the N(i)² Asset Management Solution offers complete financial control over IT infrastructure and services.

The N(i)² Asset Management Solution includes a next-generation CMDB that provides clear visibility on the entire IT inventory. The N(i)² CMDB allows the management of all IT resources, whether they are discoverable or non discoverable, as Configuration Items (CI). The solution is designed to assist customers in standardizing CI such as software and hardware packages, in order to facilitate standardization.

The N(i)² Asset Management Solution also includes an Asset Discovery to automatically track the status, location, and changes having impact on IT assets, adding to control over software compliancy and IT spending.

The N(i)² Asset Management Solution

The N(i)² CMDB standalone dashboard provides the ability to produce analytical reports as well as visualize these results in context. Customers can quickly leverage reports on the type of deployed equipment, operating systems, workstations and software, in areas such as purchasing, --translating in immediate ROI.

The N(i)² Asset Management solution provides the fundamental tools IT organizations need to run their operations with business sense:
  • N(i)²CMDB: for an accurate representation of IT infrastructures and their dependencies to services and business.
  • Inventory Management: to maximize resource usage and quickly locate them on floor plans.
  • Cost & Contract Management: for complete control over leases, software, licenses, warranties and maintenance contracts.
  • Financial Management: accurately budget while planning design scenarios, establish resources' total cost of ownership, and issue chargebacks.
