Sydney, 10 February 2005 - The Resonance Group, the first
company in the Australasian marketplace to enable organisations
to automate and streamline all elements of their IT asset
lifecycle management, today announced it has acquired the
assets of Isogon Asia-Pac from Isogon International Ltd.
Isogon is a leading provider of mainframe Software Asset
Management (SAM) and Contract Management solutions. Isogon
Asia-Pac customers will now receive first level support
directly from Resonance in the Australasian marketplace
and will see immediate benefits with a regional provider
of enterprise-wide asset management solutions.
