Sydney-Based Resonance Group Acquires Isogon Asia Pacific from Isogon International

Customers Will See Immediate Benefit from Australasian-based IT Asset Lifecycle Management Provider

Sydney, 10 February 2005 - The Resonance Group, the first company in the Australasian marketplace to enable organisations to automate and streamline all elements of their IT asset lifecycle management, today announced it has acquired the assets of Isogon Asia-Pac from Isogon International Ltd. Isogon is a leading provider of mainframe Software Asset Management (SAM) and Contract Management solutions. Isogon Asia-Pac customers will now receive first level support directly from Resonance in the Australasian marketplace and will see immediate benefits with a regional provider of enterprise-wide asset management solutions.

The Resonance Group, which was established in 2001, aims to be Australia’s market leader in IT strategic asset and fleet management for mid-large enterprise-sized organisations. It provides scaleable IT asset management solutions and associated services. The Resonance Group has distribution rights in Australia and New Zealand for Opsware Inc., which was recently rated by Forrester Research as the leader in IT Lifecycle Management of servers, software, network devices, and storage.

With The Resonance Group acquisition of Isogon Asia-Pac, the Company significantly strengthens its product set and extends its local leadership in unified IT asset management solutions. Isogon International’s leading integrated, cross-platform software products coupled with The Resonance Group’s enterprise-wide asset management solutions will now deliver the broadest and deepest asset lifecycle management solutions in the Australian market.
